The Candidate will be handling Admin/Customer, Research and Data processing assignments.
The candidate would be responsible for undertaking training on customer service, helpdesk, calender management and Admin processes and assurance of qualitative execution.
Quality control and improvement are the major milestones to be attained by the candidate.
The candidate needs to reach out to customers to fix up the appointments and meetings as per the client’s requirement. Not to be considered as an outbound sales process.
The Candidates may have to deal with multiple processes at one time as their would be a lot of avail between the process calls.
